• Details you submit in our forms (free ads application, pilot request, call booking): name, email, company, store URL, product, ad spend range, ad language and any message you write.
• The page you submitted from and campaign tags (UTM parameters) in the link you arrived through.
• Usage data collected by analytics and advertising tools: pages viewed, device, browser and approximate location.

To reply to your request, deliver the work you asked for, and understand which pages and campaigns work. Our legal basis is your request and steps before a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in running and improving our marketing (art. 6(1)(f)). We never sell your data.

We use Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel to measure visits and ad performance. These services may set cookies and process data outside the EU under the EU standard contractual clauses. You can block cookies in your browser settings at any time.

Form submissions are stored in a secured cloud database that is not publicly readable. We only share data with providers that help us run the site (hosting, analytics, advertising), and only as needed.

Enquiries we don't move forward with are deleted within 24 months. Client data is kept as long as needed for the work and as required by Danish bookkeeping law.

You can ask to see, correct, delete or export your data, or object to how we use it — just email us. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet, datatilsynet.dk).
